Luya Bio Summer Recipes

I developed a series of summer-inspired recipes showcasing Luya’s versatility as a vegan meat alternative and the vibrant, nutritious, and easy-to-prepare nature of the product. Dishes were created for different occasions, from quick meals to romantic dinners including the Ultimate Vegan Sandwich, Rainbow Noodle Salad and Indian Luya Curry. Recipes were delivered with images and ‘how to make’ videos for the brand’s website and social media.

Strict Carbohydrate Diet Meal Delivery

I was contacted by a client on an extremely strict and limiting SCD who was travelling to Switzerland on a family holiday. They asked for a selection of pre prepared meals and snacks that adhered to the diet which would allow them to better enjoy their holiday - "It was completely game changing for me, and my wife too - we were able to totally enjoy our meals together (something we have never done!), with both of us appreciating the variety and high standard, which truly made it seem that we were ‘eating out’ together in a very good restaurant (again, something we are ever able to do)".

Vegan Keto Recipe Development

Working closely with a clients dietitian, I created a collection of personalised ketogenic meals with specific macronutrient ratios and calorie requirements using Chronometer. The development included written recipes, step-by-step instructions, and images for the family’s private chef to replicate.

Recipes Included: Smoked Tofu & Broccolini Stir-fry, Kimchi Fried Konjac Rice, Bang Bang Mushroom Noodle Salad and Keto Hemp & Almond Porridge.
